Privacy Policy

UploadSure is built around one core design decision: your files never leave your device. This page explains exactly what that means and what little data is collected.

Files you process

Every photo, signature, document, and PDF you work with in UploadSure — compress, resize, crop, convert, merge, split, or any other tool — is processed entirely inside your own browser using client-side JavaScript. Nothing is uploaded to any server. We have no way to see, store, or access the files you work with, because they never reach us in the first place.

If a future version of UploadSure adds a feature that does send data to a server (for example, a maintained portal-spec database), that will be disclosed clearly in the product and in an update to this policy before it happens.

Information we do collect

  • Site analytics (Google Analytics) — UploadSure uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage: which pages are visited, roughly how, and on what kind of device. This does not include the content of any file you process, since files never leave your browser in the first place. Google Analytics operates under Google's own privacy policy.
  • Contact form or email submissions — if you email us or use a contact form, we keep the information you send (e.g. your email address and message) only to respond to you.
  • Cookies — Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to distinguish visitors and sessions. Beyond that, UploadSure does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking of its own. A theme preference (light/dark) may also be stored locally in your browser; that one never leaves your device. You can block or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Third-party libraries

UploadSure loads a small number of open-source libraries (for PDF handling and document export) from a public CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) at runtime. These libraries run inside your browser to power the tools; they do not transmit your files anywhere. Loading them does expose your IP address and browser information to the CDN provider, in the same way any website asset request does.

Children's privacy

UploadSure is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Meaningful changes will be noted on this page.
